So I met this guy at an event for work. We roll in similar professional circles.
I took the initiative and sent him an open-ended sort of work related email. We talked a little on the phone shortly after. One night, he came over and we hung out.
Since then, I've been going to his place(about 2 months now). We've had sex a couple of times. Here lies the problem..... I'm the one doing all the work. He never calls, comes to my place since intial visit or takes me out on dates. Now that I think about it, he's taken NO initiative to persue this relationship. When we do talk it's ALWAYS about sex.... Plus, my inquiries into his life/past always go unanswered.... Am I waisting my time? (I really like him...)

He might be in it for the sex... but...
He also may not know your intentions. Have you indicated that you'd like a relationship? He may like you as well, but be afraid to persue you because he's under the assumption that this is a casual-sex relationship.
He also may enjoy being persued, not having to work at it, since you're doing all the work.
Let him initiate your next encounter. Look for signs that he's interested in more than sex... does he like to be close to you? Cuddling after sex?

You are totally wasting your time. You know what the problem is ? He's not that into you. You have been pursing him and after all, he's a guy, he's going to take what he can get. I know they say its a new age and women should make the first move but I dont think that is wise. First if a man likes you, he will let you know. Second, if a man doesn't work to get something he doesn't appreciate it. Cut your loses and move on before you get more emotionally attached and next time wait for the guy to ask you out. I just really think that way works better.

Yeah, you're wasting your time!!! If the sex is that good then grow some balls and just use him for sex cause that probably what he's doing to you or you can just be plain hard to get. Cause guys dig chicks that are plain hard to get. Now if you cant handle just sleepin with him then stay away from him period. no phone calls, no emailing, nada otherwise you're just gonna keep droolin n droolin over him n he will know n keep using you. So set your foot down!! Dont give in!!!

Looks like he's only looking for one thing. Give him an ultimatum, maybe find out why he's acting this way.
