I am Pro Choice-It isn't how the Pro-Choice is established with that I feel is right-as I as a man believe that two consenting adults having come to an agreement-knowing that the use of non protective sex may result in a pregnancy-should both have a decision into the care of a child-I was trapped by a liar who said "Trust Me" and so I did and a month later she missed and WE were pregnant-she then said that she would go through with an abortion and then met a Christian who convinced her not to-My Bastard son was born and I was forced to go through court and costs based on HER LIES and deceit. She used his Pro-Life rhetoric to convince the court that I was unfit as a parent just for my not wanting the child THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN. All of a sudden I am the bad guy-and the sweet lil innocent liar blessed in her decision. She would lose the baby because after he was born Mr. Christian deserted her-having saved a life and ruining mine. A verbal contract was broken-my rights denied!

And so I feel that until YOU religious types that bring your beliefs with you into the courthouses of America need to be stopped until you can bring something more thna a lil Black Book that has failed for 2000 years to bring Peace-and has cost thousands their lives and countries-YOUR Bible must be abolished in its intirety when dealing with the justice system and it needs to be kept with in your Club or Church as it is Not American as either was Jesus ever an American!

Son it does not matter who or what changed her mind about keeping your child. The minute she became pregnant you lost all rights to be in any decision making process as to the birth or abortion of the child. That becomes the sole choice of the woman. That is the law and THAT has nothing to do with any religion that I know of. A married woman can abort a child without the husbands consent. The husband cannot even challenge it in any court - he has no legal standing over a woman's body. Plus - you said your agreement was the two of you shared in decisions about the "care" of a child - not whether to have one or not. I doubt that she lied. I am sure she ment what she said at the time but you know - people change their minds about such important things all the time and for those of us that are affected by the changes must learn to find the good and work with it. You now have a son so you have the responsibility of raising him right. If you really want to get back at the woman then prove to the court that you are fit to be involved in your son's life and have your parental rights restored. She'll surely hate that.

No matter what SHE did, YOU calling YOUR son a BASTARD is beyond sick. YOU shouldn't have trusted her. Sure, she lied and that was wrong. But she wasn't having sex alone. YOU made that kid too. Did you really try to get custody of a child that you wanted to kill just so that you would not have to pay child support? For future reference it was probably not a stroke of genius to call him your BASTARD SON. I'll bet the judge didn't think too highly of that.
Also you don't sound pro-choice. You obviously didn't want her to make a choice. So you are just pro-abortion. If you were pro-choice you would have supported her decision. If you say that you had discussed it and already made the choice, then you prove us pro-life types right. Because you both had a choice of whether or not to have sex. So there is no justification for abortion, because you already got to make a choice. You are proof that the whole pro-abortion mentality is based on nothing but selfishness. let me get this straight...... you and your girlfriend consent to having sex and from what ive read were unprotected and a baby was concieved and because you are to immature to handle being a father you would rather murder and kill an innocent life because of your mistake........talk about the cowards way out... you are nothing but a coward, dead beat father would rather kill your child than take part in raising it......you only care about yourself in this matter and nothing else......You cared about going through the courts and costs because it took up your time and money......if you ask me you are an unfit parent because no loving parent would want their son dead like you did......a loving parent cares about raising their child and giving him all the love they need to live a long healthy life.

Why should your son who was innocent pay with his life for your mistake? You had a choice and you chose to have sex........that was your choice and you made it.......so your choices are over.....however your son had no choice in whether he was concieved or not.......he didnt ask for you to have sex with your girlfriend and to be concieved but the fact is he was concieved and Im glad your girlfriend kept him and didnt go through with the abortion.....whether you know it or not your son is a blessing and very precious and deserves the right to live.......You had a chance at life so why do you think you should be able to take away his chance to live? Because it costs you money in child support well, guess what.....welcome to life and fatherhood......if you didnt want the responsibility then you shouldnt of had sex or at the least unprotected sex.

In the future I would recommend that you keep your pants on and not have sex if you dont want a baby as the result and if you do have sex then here is a word for you that you BIRTH CONTROL! learn it and use it because I certianly dont want any unborn children dieing because of you and your mistakes.

your argument is flawed - regardless of whether she really was taking birth control or not, she still could have gotten pregnant. Would your opinion of the situation change if she had told the truth and actually been on BCP and still gotten pregnant on a pure accident. Any adult that engages in heterosexual sex (other than women who have already gone through menopause) has a chance of getting pregnant. PERIOD. So - you were two consenting adults who had a child - grow up and instead of calling your son a bastard realize that you are negatively effecting his existance and his existance is 50% your fault!

This is the U.S.A. and the majority rules. Why should the majority of us have to live under the minorities laws?I am as much a citizen as you are. My family fought for these rights too. Therefore I have the same blood purchased right to exercise my rights.
