is it called enforcement of demand, or forcing of will or etc? Thanks

It is found in this context that I write:

Riots, robbery, fraud, arson, killing and ENFORCEMENT OF DEMAND in various areas in the country are still widespread and those are just a reflection of the deteriorating conditions of ethics, civilization and morals of the society.

Well, it is difficult to choose a word for you, based upon the vague 'enforcement of demand'. What demand? Whose?

Perhaps the word you are looking for is 'coercion.' Or perhaps simply 'enforcement.' I think you need to step away from a single phrase and reevaluate the entirety of the paragraph, and what point you are attempting to make. For instance, you have 'civilization' listed as a subset of 'society', which is the reverse of the standard uses of those words. As an example: graduates of American University comprise a society, whereas Americans could be said to comprise a civilization (if you validate the statement by delineating other nations as distinct civilizations.)
