Actually, both are correct. The emphasis on one is on the fact that there is only one silent language versus two where the emphasis can be on whether or not a silent language exists. It all depends on the dialogue or the use of the sentence. If I were talking to a person who knew the language, then I would choose two. Versus someone who might or might not know the silent language; then I would use one.

I say the first one..becuse the second to me implies that it's a name of something..Silent Language..with capitals.

Neither of these is correct. Perhaps you mean "sign language", which is used by deaf people. In that case it is "Do you know sign language?", no "the".
