Dont take my word for it, but:

The National Security Agency issues requirements for you to work in a surrounding that deals with the use of fire arms.
They might do a complete background check on you or see if you have ever used a fire arm in your line of work.

Where or how you get accredited, I dont know. I am sure you can find numerous websites for the NSA, including their official website: www.nsa.gov
