Actually im in a big dilemma. V want to have sex, but i dont want to marry her or carry on for long. She has no problem with premarial sex.
But im in dilemma whether to tell her that I'm not serious, but i fear that she may Break the relationship.
So should i just carry on without saying any thing or should i be truthful and tell her the things.
She is 22 and im 25

Well why would you fear she will break the relationship if you didn't see yourself being with her long term in the first place?
What you really fear is not getting to have sex with her if she no longer wants to see you. Typical. You need to talk to her and tell her you don't see yourself in a long term relationship right now and she shouldn't think of the relationship seriously, and if she agrees to have sex with you after you have told her this then fine, but I don't know why she would. You can't lead someone on if you know they like you and you should not have sex with her if you know you may not be with her for much longer.

Well, I think you should be honest with her...ask her if she will be your F*CK buddy...this means, you meet up for sex and stay friends...this does not mean she is your gf... I am sure she will totally love this idea! This way you get to have sex and be out of the relationship too. This way when you date other girls, it's not cheating because she is a F*ck buddy and not your gf...and when you find a gf you like...you can talk to her about it.

If you have sex be willing to accept the consequesnces of being the father to a child by her if anything happens. It is not a choice to have just "fun" but a choice to be more to the other person in a relationship.
