well when confronted..they know it all but they are actually trying to learn what we know cause they actually are discontented with what they hav been brainwashed to think/believe in church but they probably wouldnt dare to confess.

For the same reason Pagans and Atheists answer questions for Christians Only or Christians answer questions for Atheists only. For the points, and because they feel they have something to add. You have to understand too that this is the Religion and Spirituality section. People have a right to answer what questions they will, and people will do so. If this was a specifically designated Pagan/Wiccan board it'd be understandable, and it's not.
Also, as a Pagan myself, I find it offensive that whenever a Christian approaches anything that says Pagan and answers a question so many Pagans automatically start playing the Witch Trials card. It's this persecution complex that so many Pagans seem to possess that makes Christians and others view us as immature rebellious anti-Christian and anti-establishment clueless bints. It really needs to stop. The Christians are not out to get us. Maybe some of them really are interested, and maybe some even know a bit about Wicca and Paganism.
So, chill. If you don't like the Christians answering Wiccan/Pagan questions, just ignore them.

Don't think so. You're publicizing a question on a public site - anyone can answer! As for christians creating another witchtrial, aren't you being awefully dramatic? I'm a CHristian, and I don't have a problem with you, why do you have a problem with Christians?

I was just wondering that myself. It does go both ways but you do see more Christians telling Wiccan\Pagans they are being possessed by devils or there is no such thing as witches and other such intolerant nonsense.
I will get in the debate on questions that obviously are directed at opposing or different points of view but stay way from ones where Christians are asking questions among themselves.

For the same reason that pagans and atheists answer the 'christians only' questions. Points/cause problems/curiosity/etc
Besides.. there are a few (or me at least) Christians that are at least a little familiar with some of the pagan beliefs.

they do it for the same reasons wiccans/pagans answer questions that say "Christians only" ... have you seen questions in other sections (ex. "parents only") where non-parents answer? oh no, what is the world coming to... lol
personally, i like all kinds of people to answer most of my questions (unless the response is just rude and insulting, of course)... i enjoy the different povs
:) a Christian

Listen, this is Yahoo Q&A, Not Wiccan/Pagan Super Question Fun Time. If a Christian wants to answer a question, what is going to stop them? Fear of something they don't believe in? Fear that the Wiccan/Pagans who asked the question will dislike them?
CHILL!! Ignore us!

Because we worry about the Souls of those involved in that !
I'll ask you one:
Why do total nonbelievers either post questions that are vulgar, and abusive, or answer Spiritual/Religion questions in a nasty, abusive way ? Why don't they leave the answering to those who believe ?

Why do atheists answer 'Christians Only' questions? Everyone thinks they know best, and wants to share their 'knowledge' with everyone else. People love pointing out when they think other people are wrong. Guys answer 'Girls Only' questions, and girls answer 'Guys Only' questions. It's Yahoo Questions. What are you expecting?

Yes, that's it. And we'd like to start another Ice Age too. Any ideas how we can get that rolling?
