Okay, here we go:
You can go to bed whenever you want.
You can eat whatever you want, whenever you want.
You can take a call at 2:00 a.m. and not explain.
You can stay out an extra hour or two and not explain.
You don't need to check with inlaws about the holidays.
You don't need to check with your family about the holidays.
There are no expections other than your own.
You have complete control over finances.
The gazillion lies that men will tell you in order to 'get some' are gone.
No more, "No, you don't look fat in that outfit." You have girlfriends that will be more honest.
No, "Can we talk about it later?"
There are no power struggles.

marriage is like a castle in which people who are inside want to get out and people who are outside want to get in!! the married man can assess the benefits of past history!! and the bachelor may assess the benefits of being afraid to take over matrimony! life has to live in stages says Shakespeare through the mouth of Jacques.

I think its the freedom to do whatever you want to, u can b yourself. After marriage u kind of become a totally different person. You change your routines, habits to suit your partner. You become more mature & responsible. But thats a good thing, so being married is better than being single.

There are pros and cons to this question which I could write a list on. Instead, I will keep it short and simple. You don't have to answer to anything that you want to do or anywhere you want to go. You can watch whatever you want on TV. I have to give at least one con...! It can get very lonely.

You can do what you want, when you want it. You don't have to discuss things with anyone before you make decisions about your life, you just do what you want and are free to follow your dreams and live life exactly how you prefer to. You don't have to make compromises or do things the way someone else wants them. And you don't have a mother-in-law! :)
