There is this girl at my work place she is so damn hot she always comes outside to smoke when I'm there not just me alone but other guys wanna talk to her but its hard for us to go talk to her cause we never know how she will react

It shouldn't be that hard to talk to a girl, even if she is hot. If you think it is hard to talk to a girl, then your probably intimindated by her. If you wanna get her you should walk up and start a casual conversation. If this is hard for you, I will give you some tips. First, when you walk up to her look her in the eyes. Then just introduce yourself and start talking. For example, you could be like "Hey I'm blank, I have seen you around and you are really hott" if you don't feel like saying hott then you could say pretty or cute. Either way this will get her attention. After you introduce yourself start talking, not just about yourself, but ask her about herself (what she likes, is she dating, etc.) Soon you guys will become friends and after a while you can ask her out. Hopefully you can get that hott girl.

Stop being a baby. Just make simple talk with her to start. Like it sure is a nice day. Just start out with small talk and when you get to know her take it a little further. Good luck.
