Clear everything up. Talk about the problem with the supervisor. If you have been wrong, admit it. If he treated you wrong, tell him.
If he is wrong and wants to talk about it, listen.
I didn't truly understand the question, thus all the suggestions.

Ok guy your wrong just walk up to him and say oh i was wrong sh!t life goes on unless it cost him millions then screw you your fired. or do you mean he was wrong the do the right thing and when he asks say you did it this way
