Spanish, of course. It is the most passionate, with many nuances of emotion, feeling and tenderness, the best to express your feelings.
To those who said english, I must say that romance in english sounds like a lecture about quantum physics, atomic energy, or space ships.

Definetely French, believe me I speak 5 languages and French is very rich in romantic words, plus the way they are placed in the sentance is the most favorable for the intention !

I like to tell my boyfriend I love him in Spanish and French, but I like to hear that he loves me in Urdu and Arabic....English most definitely isn't....so the most romantic languages are Spanish, French, Urdu, and Arabic (Italian sounds awesome though)

I love French. I think it's because the language has a bunch of vowel sounds we don't have in American English and coming from a native speaker, they have a very velvety sound.

Spanish, but practically any language can sound romantic if it spoken close enough to the ear...Heck, forget talking!

I think its Spanish: very flowing, and can be spoken romanticly.
French doesn't seem romantic to me, it is a language that makes the air heavy, and makes me remember school.

English (Received Pronunciation)
Finnish

(Just figured I'd say something besides French)

And I don't know if I'm the only one, but I think that Spanish is high-pitched, whiny-sounding and ugly. Nothing turns me off more than a woman speaking Spanish.

I used to think it was only French, but have heard some Irish & Scottish and they each of really nice lilts to them. I would lean towards the Irish, though, I guess, if I had to pick one.

People love accents/brogues, etc. because its almost a song how the words roll of the speaker's tongue. It's different from basic English.
