A parent can go before a juvenile judge and request help from the court with an out of control minor. It might be worth a phone call to the court. Good luck and I hope you are successful in saving this young mans life.

There sure is free bootcamps. One that turned my sister around. Call the Police and Sherriff's department and see if they have any programs for troubled teens. Here in North Carolina, the Police department has something called "Police Explorers" they give the teens authority..make them feel important. They do fake drug raids, search empty homes and particpate in the same physical exercises that real students wanting to pass B.L.E.T have to do. At first she was like no and hated it, pretty soon, that's all she talked about. We also have another program that the state pays for called Tarheel Challenge Academy. They treat you just like a new recruit in the Army and you stay there for 4-6 months. Retired Army Seargents work there.

No free bootcamps that i know of.If he breaks the law and gets caught is the only way.Jail is like bootcamp only you can't leave whenvever you want.He should just stay out of trouble or he'll get a free pass to jail.

Look for another way - boot camps have been proved to not work & often does more damage than good. Move to new neighborhood & "help" him select better friends - no cellphone - car - or anything until he earns them back. Enforcement of values is everything with teenagers, they think they know best but rarely do.
The kids on here will not like answer, but are proof that they think they know best. 51 years of life has taught me many lessons. That & 3 adult children.

youth authority - county jail. don't worry if he lives long enough the tax payers will foot the bill and the system will make a real good gangsta out of him. What are you waiting for? get the men in your family to kick his little *** into shape before it is too late!!!
