around 115-125 depending on your body> don't feel stressed out about your weight, all our bodies are different and are partly due to genes and diet and excerciese. if you want to lose weight, drink LOTS of pure water, 8 glasses per day. eat MORE fruits and veggies cuz they burn fat, eat LESS pastas, breads, and red meat cuz they are high in sugar and fat. Avoid fried foods and sweets> chicken and fish are good. DIET is more important than excercise. Yet, you should try to jog or walk for 20-30 min. 4-5 times per week> be patient and stay committed! good lucK!!

According to your height of 5' 2" your ideal healthy weight is 110 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 109 and 136 pounds

You can calculate for yourself at http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/iwc.

Your Body Mass Index is about 25.6, which falls slightly into the overweight category. But don't worry too much. Once you've trim down to a BMI of 24.9, your weight is considered ideal. So don't starve yourself! Drink lots of water and replace your diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Hopefully it'll help.

whatever you feel healthy and beautiful at is your ideal weight. (provided you are not anorexic or something.) 140 at 5'2" is probably overweight according to the experts. the best way to lose weight is just to exercise and eat healthy. i know we americans are into the "instant miracle" everything, but it just isnt gonna happen. no pill or shake will make you skinny and keep you that way w/o ruining your health. I highly recommend the book "stop the insanity!" by susan powter. an oldie but a goodie.

Happy is ideal :)

You're not fat, by any means. If you'd be happier losing 20 pounds, then get started. Drink lots of water and try a new exercise. Taebo is really fun! Not only do you lose weight, but you feel like a bad-a-ss Charlie's Angel afterwards!

Have fun ... and be beautiful :)

NO no no no, listen lovely_xx3, you cant go by those scales they can be very off. They don't account for broad or narrow shoulders, or hips. Big boned or not, things like that. They don't account for your natural body type.

If you have no curves but natural, girl curves, your good. Don't use the scale to see were you should be but rather to see if any wait at all is coming of or on.

Age and height cant account for all that so its not all ways accurate.

Best of luck

105-120 depending on your bone structure. I'm 5'1 & haven't seen 14 in a very long time but I weigh 99lbs. I have a "tiny frame" according to my Dr.
But I have 2 teens, both almost 6' and both over 160lbs. They look perfect & not fat at all.

I am only guessing. I think that 115 - 120 lbs. If you feel overweight, then put yourself on an exercise program now and cut back on foods high in calories and fat.

Ideal weight would depend on your body type and your frame. Thats why you will see a range of "ideal" weight for specific heights.

Around 110 lbs ... once you reach 5 feet, you have to add about 5 pounds per inch! Just exercise more, and you'll get there, sure enough! Good luck! ^_^ Hope this helped!
