Technically there are no such thing as 'wiccan teens', Wicca is an initiate-only priesthood that is oathbound so one has to be initiated into a BTW coven in order to not only follow but learn about the beliefs, practices, doctrines, gods and mysteries of the priesthood.
Wicca covens do not initiate people under the age of 18 years old, first and foremost this is because of legal reasons – no sane parent would allow their children to run around skyclad (naked) with adults who refuse to tell anyone outside of their group what they do when with one another, this is more so when you consider that alcohol is often consumed during rituals and Wicca have rituals such as the great rite that have heavy sexual undertones. This could not only pose to get many Wicca covens into a lot of trouble legally, and force them to break oath if police were to get involved asking what was going on, but this would also mean that a lot of children and teens would find themselves victims of people who pose a threat to them.
There are also then practical reasons, Wicca is a very formal practice as much as it is a religious grouping that embraces the idea of following ones own personal path, it has very specific practices that must be taught and this requires not only commitment but hard work – many people spend decades before even looking for a coven, many people also will move themselves and their families to whole new locations in order to join a coven. Because Wicca is oath-bound they also need to be sure that members can be trusted not to break the oaths, many teens are not equipped to understand the importance of this, also many teens are not able to understand the complex philosophies and mysteries within Wicca. Furthermore teens are exploring their world and themselves, you may very well become Wicca, but most teens interested in Wicca are interested in Wicca for the wrong reasons, or even if genuinely interested in Wicca will still leave Wicca for something they find works better for them as they get older.
With that said, you can of course still study Wicca and if it is something you wish to become when you are older you will have a good few years of knowledge behind you from study you do now. Or many people your age go towards Neo-wicca – this is a belief system that works upon the inner-court teachings of Wicca (things about Wicca that are not oath-bound, things often used as placeholders to explain Wicca beliefs and practices without telling people outside of Wicca exactly what Wicca is), it is a lot freer and more open to personal interpretation, solitary practice as well as coven-based and because it is a new age form of faith it means that there is a lot more freedom to take beliefs and practices from other sources to incorporate into your own beliefs within Neo-wicca.
If you do wish to start a study group online is really not a safe place to do that because of course some people are 40 year old perverts seeking teens like yourself to practice devil worship or run around naked with – even some Wicca can be questionable people, don't think because someone is Wicca they are instantly good people, that is simply the impression many people get (that Wicca is all about love and light, new age crystal gazing, peace and tree hugging). You do have to be very careful, as someone already mentioned go to Witchvox – http://www.witchvox.com – from there you can find local pen pals and existing groups. It might be a good idea to get a friend to go along with you to a local moot (pagan meeting) to meet other local pagans in a safe place where others can watch out for you, from there you may be able to find teachers or even covens, or at least like minded people who may be able to point you into the right direction and help you get a group together, maybe even lend you study material. When you are a teen it is good to have other people with similar beliefs and ideas to you, and when it comes to Wicca it does help to share resources – of course any study is more fun with friends.

I am not a teen in arizona, I am a wiccan teen though... I just noticed that there were people evangelizing to you through their question. I know how you feel, for two years, since I have became Wiccan I have been literally terrorized and harrassed by these christian evangelists who try to convert people. I wish you many great endeavors and good karma. Good Luck! If you have Myspace message me on it myspace.com/razorblademandii, blessed be!

You know Razorblade, your name shows you have issues. Christians don't terrorize you they are concerned for your soul. Wicca. is a false teaching. THe Bible shows it all up front if you read the Bible. Wicca on the other hand hides info from the craft which is deceiving. Ya I want my life to be surrounded by people keeping secrets from me....

If you didnt want any Christians posting anything then you shouldn't have posted anything where millions of people from other religions could see it. I agree with John.

Dear Azkid,
Have you considered the possibility of committing your life to Christ?
Please commit your life to Jesus Christ. He loves you and died on the cross for you.
For a brief explanation of the gospel (of salvation through Jesus Christ), see http://www.godsci.org/gs/new/essence.html
Cordially,
