I've seen a doctor and was told that my indigestion caused the dizziness, anyway I didnt feel any better after that. My blood pressure is normal(120/80).The symtoms already persist a week. I even feel like i am imbalance while sitting, standing or walking. I dont think i have vertigo because I can see things clear but just very diffucult to concentrate in my work. My left arm feel like no energy if compare to my right arm. Could it be the symtom of serious disease? I am worry.

I have been plagued with this problem for the past 2yrs, after tests to be sure the breast cancer had not spread to the brain or somewhere else I was told I have positional vertigo, which first was from an inner ear infection. There are exercises to do where you can rebalance fluid in the ears which is simply to tip over sideways, sitting on a bench .bed from one side to the other, also take meclizine 3-4xs a day helps. Migraine headaches can also cause these symptoms as well as low blood sugar. Strong odors, perfumes and the like can also cause it as well as anxiety. Good luck and feel better, be sure to see a Dr. for second or even third opinion, took 3 for me

Gosh, these symptoms could be anything from pregnancy to an ear infection. I think I would go to a different doctor. It's your money, ask for a complete exam and blood test.

Blood sugar too low. You are not eating enough wholegrain carbohydrates to give you a constant energy level. Eat 3 proper meals daily and you should be OK. If it continues then get a proper medical check. It is a possibility that you could be diabetic.

I've been having the same problem for nearly 3 weeks, can't figure out what's causing it. Makes it kind of hard to get through your day at times.

It could be a small stroke, and the first doctor missed it.
It could be an inner ear infection. Get a second opinion.
