You can't get OTC narcotics for sleep disorder but you could try Tylenol PM or Benadryl....

Tylenol PM, Simply Sleep, Sleep aid...they can all be found in your local store near the aspirin. Sleep aid doesn't work so well, but I've been taking tylenol PM for the last seven years and it seems to work.

your local drug store, or grocery store. they are labeled sleeping pills... If you need more help go to one of the before mentioned establishments, find someone who works there, you can tell by a uniform. And then ask that person the same question.... but be sure to take money with you a $10.00 bill should be enough, but wait until you are home to read the directions before taking them...

I use goody's pm. and alka-seltzer plus. both comes in a green box. also go light on cokes, candy, and salt all of this will keep you up. but dont take any one kind no more than 3 days then use one of the others then go back to the other one. if you do drink anything with caffeine in it make sure it's right after you get up.not after 12noon, (GOOD LUCK)

Tylenol PM, Melatonin (it's a supplement that you probably can get at the drug store and definitely can get at the healthfood store).
