The DMV is located in Downtown Brooklyn in the Atlantic Mall (625 Atlantic Av --- near Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues). There is another location located in the Coney Island Section of Brooklyn (2875 West 8th Street).
Check the links below for DMV locations and how to apply for a Drivers' License. For a driving school, the best thing would be to check the net or Yellow Pages.

omg! I would try learning how to drive in another part of the state. I was on vacation there last June- the traffic was horrible! There, every lane is a fast lane! Be careful! Alawys drive first, everthing else is secondary, ok.

Driver's school, but research a reputable one..it's cheaper than moving to Wyoming and their wide open spaces..Good Luck..
