Why are jets Chemtrail spraying the atmosphere 24/7?

I have 2 theories:

A.) The government is attempting some top-secret, GS-14 classified shot at restoring our damaged ozone layer by using chemical means to alter the atmosphere.

B.) The government is using some top secret, GS-14 classified chemical cocktails on all of us, of course, without our knowledge or informed consent. It may be a combination of microbes, bacteria, viruses and chemical compounds. Who knows?

In either case, one would have to wonder..."WHY?"

Some people claim they are just jet plane contrails. HELLO!?? Contrails vanish after a few minutes in the sky. I have seen literal tic-tac-toe board like patterns in the skies, which stayed for hours, and slowly dissapated, leaving a rainbow of oily, "something" in the sky afterwards.

They're probably trying to kill us, or alter us for some reason.

Those trails are condensation from water vapor exhausted with unburned jet fuel.

No different from the exhaust off of cars on cold damp mornings except jet engines are at 35000 feet where the air stays cold but eventually the vapor dissipates.

It has been noticed though that the trails that jets leave do change the global temperature to the concern of the scientific community, the biggest change occuring when all flights were grounded on 9/11.

I guess because there are jets in the air 24/7. The visable trail of white vapor is due to the low freezing temperatures found at these altitudes. (The "chemtrail" you refer to is actually water vapor.) Kind of not unlike how your vehicle spews out the ol' white smoke on a cold, winter morning. The contents of the vehicle's exhaust didn't change, just the temperature changed, causing the water vapor to condense and become visable - like a cloud.
