yes there is,,towards the end of the year,,if a dealer has all the old models on his lot he has to pay a tax on them,,so they will make good deals on them to get them off the lot,,also to make room for the newer ones,,i know this for a fact,,my family owns a car lot,,i hope this helps.

if you don't need the very latest car right now! is when dealers are dealing on 2006 cars so when the new 2007 models come in there is room for 2007 cars

yes their is when it is raining or very cold is the best time because the salesman dont want to be outside at those times so thier more apt to give you a better deal got to love human nature
