Ok, Run every morning and afternoon or you could jog. Do sit ups every single day. Start with 25 everyday and then work your way up. Do push ups. Eat healthy. I know it's hard but just think how amazing you are going to look at your wedding and how surprised everyone will be. It's so worth it and thinking that way will help you to not eat unhealthy. Sit ups are great and work really well with the stomach. Just remember that you are going to look fantastic at your wedding once you lose 10 pounds. That should motivate you.

Eat diet of 70% protein, 15% fats, 15% carbs. Proteins have less fat calories and break down quicker.

Also workout at least 3-5 times a week. Two a days are great, 30min in morning and 45 in evening or vice versa.

Water, Water, Water. Drinking sodas and fruit drinks are high in sugars.

That's quite hard-pressed, why'd you leave it until you only had 30 days left, anyway?

Check Slimming World online. Last time I checked, they had a "lose 10lbs in a month" advertisement there.

no breads and potatoes or meats . that is hard yes but meats are hard for the belly to digest and carbs are normally taken in to much by people drink lots of water and take lots of bike rides and walks that will do the trick
