The Bethlehem that Jesus was born in is currently located in the country of Palestine. At the time of his birth however, it was located in Judah.

Its a little south of Jerusalem, in Israel, kind desseety.. like arizona.. if you keep goin you go to the dead sea
in ancient times it was the southern kingdom of Judah aftern the kingdoms split
if you prefer palestine... I think Jewish people like to avoid using that word because the ROmans named Israel Palestine as an insult from the word Philistine
It is not in the west bank as far as i remmember

Before 1946 this country was called Palestine. Then without a freedom fighter or political movement (as was common in those days of colonial rules) one day this country became Israel. So yes, at present its Israel.
