You would be 4 hours ahead of Hawai'i which would make 1 pm there. Trust me I need to know the time there because I call home all the time and I'm in the Central Time Zone which makes me 5 hours ahead of Hawai'i. Funny thing is when my family calls from home its really late here when its early in Hawai'i I know that its someone from home calling. Because they still don't get the hang of the time differences.

HEY-IF IT'S 5PM IN HAWAII, IT IS 10PM IN TEXAS. 5 HRS DIFFERENCE IN THE SUMMER. WHEN THE TIME CHANGES BACK IN THE FALL THERE IS A 4 HR DIFFERENCE. WHEN MAUI EATS LUNCH, TEXAS EATS DINNER CAUSE THE SUN COMES UP IN TEXAS FIRST. -AND IT IS TRUE THAT HAWAII DOES NOT CHANGE THEIR CLOCKS WITH THE SEASON.

Living on Maui, I would remind you that we in Hawaii do not go on day light savings time.
So it depends on what time of year your asking about.
Right now it is 4 hours
