Why does a girl that is a friend purposly push my buttions and try to make me mad. She knows what to say and do to get me upset and does it. Not all the time but only when she wants to get me going. She knows me better than anyone else does.

If it were me, I'd say its because I like you. I want your attention. For what ever reason I feel like this is a good way to get you, or to get too you. Hmm, ya confused yet? Well lets just say, you tend to get into the people who mean the most to you and don't let down as easy. With certain people (men) I know all those buttons too.

It's probably a power trip for her, especially if she likes you. If she can get you upset this easily, it shows her you care. If you didn't care about her, it wouldn't bother you so much! This could make it seem to her that you like her, and there are few women out there who don't enjoy feeling desirable.

She probably likes you. If she hasn't done this before and does it when you talk about or sees you with other females. 9 times out of 10 she likes you.

She's probably just bored and tries using you to amuse herself w/. That sounds bad, but she is probably immature. Think about (for instance) how a 3-yr. old acts when they want your attention! Similiar??

She sounds abit bitchy quite frankly. perhaps she doesnt realise what she is doing and thinks its all in fun. if this is the case you should tell her that it upsets you. if she's truly ur friend then she'll stop or at least lighten up.
