Well there's certainly something out there keeping this world together. After a couple of close calls with death and experiencing a couple of miracles, I'm convinced that there is. All one needs is a comeback from what doctors said is incurable and it will certainly help one believe that there is an Almighty.

Einstein believed in God and he was a lot smarter than any of us. That's all I need.

'nuff said?

YES.

Simply put.

There is a positive and negative, there's a left and a right, north and south... an equal and an opposite to everything.

And there is a good and bad energy, and there must be something creating/precipitating it.

Even modern science (quantum physicists, etc.) believe there is a creator, although they will not say what God as it goes against scientific morals.(Since science's job is usually to disprove God)

Modern science believes this because of the recent testing and studying of the natural flow of unseen energy on the earth.

Basically, there has to be something that creates it, and it is not earthly, nor astrological. In other words, people don't know how or where the energy of life (the energy in you) comes from. The old science of our parents doesn't. And they are now realizing that there is a direct correlation between positive actions and positive outcomes. And negative as well.

If you want to see a good movie on the modern scientific movement towards God, checkout "What the Bleep Do We Know." You can get it at blockbuster. Its kinda hard to listen through some parts, you may need to watch some parts 2X.

But if your looking on an explanation for God you shouldn't rush through the journey, sooo take your time watching it!!

Good luck!

p.s. yes there is a God. And we talk through prayer. That's all prayer is. A conversation with God. I'm a Biblical Christian and if you want to know more about it, let me know.

I don't think so. People make up god to explain things that they cannot explain. They also create him to give people hope, and also power. Like if you belong to a religion, then you are supposed to follow the rules, which kind of gives it leaders power over you. Also just because there is a bible, doesn't make everything true that is in it. I mean if you took a person that wasn't influenced by the media or religion would he think that there is a god?

I don't think so. I am an atheist. I think that it is possible that a "higher force" started life, but not a force like any human concept of god. I believe that the idea of a personal god is ludicrous, and people are just as unimportant as trees and slugs. I think immortal souls don't exist, as if they did, wouldn't we have cognitive thought before being born or "created"? When I die all cognitive thought will cease, and I will decompose.

Yes there's a GOD. One true God.

The Alpha and Omega...

No theory....only truth. It's all written in the Bible by spirit-filled men.

urbn heart,
Yes.

There is no way into heaven unless you go through Jesus Christ.

My Theory is supported by the Bible, that have the distiction of being referred to as the scriptures and the word of God. Jesus is a manifestation of God in the flesh, who came to Earth in the form of a man. Before that, He is God, whom I know as the Son of God. He has authority over all things in Heaven, on the Earth, and under the Earth. It all belongs to Him, and there is nothing that is more powerful than Him.

God reveals Himself to those He wants. There is no desire in those that He doesn't choose to come to Him. So God cannot be found unless He wants to be found.

Irrelevant or more specifically unverifiable. Just as a paradox, the nature of "the divine" is definitively that which lies outside of our understandings of that which is true and false, and is by definition unverifiable and therefore unknowable. People can choose whichever answer they want, but it's just something you can't truly know for sure. But hey, that's why I'm agnostic.
