Can you do me a favor? Please turn your t.v. off the CNN channel and go play outside. Why do you listen to everything fed to you by the media. You cannot trust everything you hear.

For the same reason that Jews and Christians think that Muslims are infidels.
Do you know what "infidel" means?
"a person who does not believe in your particular religion, denomination or religious tradition."

An "infidel" is the same thing as a "heathen" or an "unbeliever". Anyone who does not subscribe to your religious beliefs is an "infidel". It's typically used in an insulting fashion, but then, so are "heretic" and "heathen".

they dont think jews and christians are infidel. They disagree with the Judeo-Christian governements policies towards the middle east region. There are extremistis out there. However, most muslim nations do not hate jews and christians. They hate the oppressing policies put in place by certain govts. In paeticular the USA, UK, and Israel.

who told you that? i am Muslim and i definitely don't think that. in fact, in the quran, it says that the people of the book (Jews and Christians), the righteous ones that believe there is one God and He has no partner and follow His orders, they will go to heaven. and i don't know who came up with the word infidels anyway.

In their mind the Koran is the only true source of wisdom. Naming others infidels is an affront . We do not call them that we just call them Muslims.

Because they're not Muslim. Same reason some Christians consider Jews and Muslims Heretics because they're not Christian.

I think the Muslims are more bothered by the fact that the Jewish people are the chosen people of God.and we as christians know that ,so they hate us too.

because infidels means those who are not of the same faith!!!
