No, while no one knows the day or the hour, I can almost assure that he will not because not all of the prophecies have been completed. Most have, but we are still waiting on the 6th trumpet. And we have a reign of like 7 years with the Anti Christ, and 3 years of the mark of the beast. Unless I'm missing something completely, there isn't enough time to get all that done in less than a year.
I'm guessing that Feb 29 is your birthday though right?

No, there will be no Feb 29th in 2007. As to any specific date, we have been told "No one knows the hour" when Jesus will return.

NO ONE KNOWS when He is coming back, so do not be fooled and start following dates because nobody can tell a date.

Yes, as we will inevitably realize that our leap years are off and every thousand years we need to add one (despite that every 100 we remove them), so they'll add one next year.
