If your enjoying the caffeine and want a little more try a nice black tea like English breakfast.
If your trying to ditch the coffee go for hot drinks you like already at the same time you would normally drink coffee. If someone says hey who drinks hot cocoa in August, tell em you do ;D

The truth is you are caffeine dependent, not coffee dependent. Just like smokers need nicotine, us coffee addicts need our regular dose of caffeine. The so-called best alternative is not to drink coffee at all, should you worry about the negative effects of caffeine. The best solution I feel is to switch to the next best alternative, which is tea. Otherwise, you should reduce your consumption of coffee gradually.

I would try going with decaf coffee first. You are addicted to the caffeine, and once you wean yourself off the cafeine, you should be fine. The first week is going to be tough though, so I would take yourself off it slowly. Reduce your amount that you drink every week, till eventually you arent drinking any. Tea is a good substitute.

Try green tea. Most brands have about 40mg of caffeine. Most regular brewed coffee has about 100 mg per cup. Besides te has antitoxicants.

I switched to a drink called Mocha Tonix. It's mocha (chocalty) flavor with less caffein and vitamins. It's sweet with no sugar - like a latte. Don't miss my coffee at all.

Hot water or decaf coffee. You may have to cut down at first and then cut yourself off it. You do feel a lot better without it.
