I'm a fan of the sliced habanero in the food. I would suggest not listening to the people who suggest putting anything really dangerous in the food. Does the boss know? Sometimes a e-mail for post-it from the boss gets the job done without making you the focus of lunch room revenge.

Make a very thick enticing sandwich; Srikle the hotest cayene pepper you can find betwenn the layers in the sandwich and mix some very,very hot sauce in the mustard or mayo ans really slther it on. Leave it in a conspicuos place. Leave a note inside asking if they enjoyed your lunch.

get a piece of chocklic pie mix some exlax in it and keep an eye on the restroom..i worked 24 years on the same job and dont take this wrong but 98 percent of lunches stolen in school at work are stolen by blacks

While working in a steel shop a co-worker was missing his sandwich several days in a row. We had mouse traps all over. He put a dead mouse in the sandwich and sure enough the guy bit down on it, threw up, problem stopped.

When you make your lunch add some hot peppers, over salt the food, my daughter says add a laxative it. Make it something that will make the person tip his or her hand to the fact that they stole the lunch.

You pretty much have to catch them red handed and confront them about it. Then make them pay for your lunch. The contents of a work fridge are not community property.
