Your brother needs to get a life of his own. Tell him if he won't get a job, help around the house, you'll kick him out of your place. Make a deadline. It might work.

My brother is a theif. He will b 20 in Nov. I say tough love man. My parents have continiously let him come back and stay and he totally takes advantage.

Talk to him about it, if you feel in your gut that he is taking from you and can't respect your things, and think it will continue, I say get him outta there, the sooner the better, if not, he will keep walking on you, and try to wear you down.

give him one more chance but let him know that you are on to him. lay down some rules, like get a job, no more stealing and he will probably move out if you stick with the rules and cut him no slack.

Where are your parents?
If he continues to do these things and won't work, Put him out and let him fend for himself in the real world.
