Chicken Fried Steak
Smothered in White Gravy
Creamy mashed potatoes (more gravy!)
Corn on the cob - dripping in butter
Collard/turnip greens with bacon,+ hot sauce
Room for a salad? Pear half with cheese.
14 oz glass of sweet tea
Dessert? Double chocolate fudge cake

If I lived in a big enough town that had pretty much everything, I would go to Panera and order their tuna salad on their wheat bread. I just love it. A good light summer evening meal.
