first of all don't be in a rush .. it won't hurt to watch your puppy for a few weeks to really get to know his personality to help you pick an appropriate name that fits him, we did this with our latest puppy and the name we finally came up with suits him perfectly
some suggestions:
try names that remind you of his looks, for example a reddish brown pup could be called cinnamon or ginger , or
does he have any markings? like patches or bandit for a pup that has a "mask", or two-boots or socks for a pup that has paws that are a differant color than his body, or
what about a favorite tv character,
we named our dog chewbacca-chewie for short
when we first got him he never barked, always made grunting and whiny noises every time he moved or just kind of whimpered, adn he also was teetheing so he was chewing on everything
well he still does both 6 months later, going so far as to look in trash cans or laundry baskets for either kleenex, or fabric softener sheets to chew on, he will chew on absolutely everything, and also still makes funny noises when he wants our attention, just like chewbacca from the star wars movies
you can also go with the standard dog names of spot, buddy, prince, king, shadow, lassie, patches, peaches, shiloh, princess, etc..
if you still can't decide, you can always do a web search for puppy names on any search engine for suggestions
just remember to take your time, you will hopefully have your puppy for a very long time and want a name you like and that suits him
