Depends on what you are eating. Most experts do say that 7 pm should be the end of consuming any large amount of carbs. However, if you are still hungry you can eat a low cal snack to stave off the cravings like a hard boiled egg or a bowl of veggies. As a matter of fact, people who eat eggs for breakfast consume 100-200 less calories during the day since the protien gives them a more full feeling. Good luck with your eating.

I always recommend stopping at 7:00-7:30. Anything after this needs to be fruit or veggie, and not much either, as this late the foods don't get burned off.
Your biggest meals should be breakfast and lunch and dinner is the lightest. We are big on "grazing" in between meals too. If you work out, you'll need these small snacks, as long as they're healthy. Anything you eat during the day you will burn off if you're active, it's the night time snacking that gets to us, so watch it! lol

As long as you don't eat past 7 p.m. you'll be fine. It's more or less your calorie intake over the time that you eat. If you haven't eaten your calories, then you can still eat later in the evening and be just fine. Just don't exceed your caloric intake during that time.

Its best not to eat past 5 or 6 pm.You still are active a few more hours to burn off calories before you go to bed whereas if you eat then go to bed you sleep,no calories burning there.

You can't burn off those calories before you go to bed. I've read where you shouldn't eat after 6:00 p.m.
