KEEP FIGHTING and sending all the information that they request and keep a file for your self give a copy to your lawyer also. I was turned down 3 times my self before I hired an atty ,and the first one turned me down it took me five years and mounds of paper work but it paid off in the long run. P.T.L
But it sounds like you are on the right track, so good luck, and GOD SPEED. TO YOU.

Seems to be a usual condition - I work with
the handicapped/disabled-most had been
turned down at least once and some up to
three times before finally being accepted, so
just hang in there! I know, they don't make
it easy!

keep fighting my husband fought for five years and finally won and the ss department has to pay him back payment from the very first time he applied five years ago and it is quite a bit of money so keep fighting because they will have to go back and pay you all the way from whren you first applied even though they denied you good luck

Hopefully, you will get the ss you deserves, they usually turn ppl down twice, then approval for ss disability.
Good Luck, take care of yourself.
