well....if you are then I'm fatter....cuz I am 5'3" and 125 also(same weight but shorter).....here's my plan:
eat half of what you usually eat
only water
exercise:
20 minutes walking
20 minutes strength exercise
20 minutes dancing(fast and fun!!!!)

You are probably doing this for self confidence, but no you are probably not fat. That is a healthy weight to be for someone that tall. However, not being fat doesnt mean you are healthy. If you eat right, wieght will take care of its self, and keep your chin up, you are not fat.

Please go to http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/ to check your Body Mass. I think you will find that you are within the normal range and that is exactly where you want to be.
