I weight 135 and am 5'4" I want to lose weight and was thinking about going to weight watchers. Whats required, what should I know about it. I appreciate all input.

its 20 bucks per month if you wanna sign up. you have a few choices for the plan that you wanna take. i would reccomend the one that requires points. just go to weightwatchers.com amd you can learn more

Well Kristine, weight watchers is a good organization that will help you learn about foods and when to eat. I dont know if there is an age requirement, but obviously there will be a fee. If I were you, I would use it as a tool to learn about food, not necassarily to lose all that much weight. Depending on your build, between 120-145 lbs is healthy for your height. Sounds like you are right in that range. Good luck!

with weight watchers you have two choices the flex plan or the meal plan. both work great as long as you follow them, and do go to the meetings cause they help alot

consider eating healthy- no chocolate, high celulose food, found some here:

and forget the snacks after 6p.m., drink more water and less pop:)
and u wont need weight watchers within a month or two.

Check out their website: www.weightwatchers.com or call you local WW chapter. Good luck although you don't appear to be overweight....maybe better nutrition and exercise is all you need!

dont go to weight watchers cause all it does is makes you fatter bye making you eat more food that they claim is fat-free but they want to see you get fatter and fatter
