I'm a swing manager at McDonald's and she works there too. I've met this girl about two weeks ago and she's very attractive (she has a nice body, but an awesome smile, and she always smiles). I know by the way she looks at me that she's interested in me, so am I. Now, she moved about 100 miles from here for a private college yesturday and since then, I'm thinking about her every single seconds. We never had a date / never met outside of work. She's going to come here one weekend per two weeks, to keep her job / see her parents & friends. Yesturday I worked with her and I keep asking myself if I should have asked for her phone number or something. Since I'm a manager tho, I have her phone number. Should I call her? If yes, what should I tell her? Or wait 2 weeks until she comes back. I wouldn't care to be with this girl once per 2 weeks, I know it would be hard but she's worth it. If you were that girl, what would you appreciate? A call, or something else?
Thanks for your answers.

Her attractiveness isn't only physical, she's a funny yet intelligent girl who seems very positive.

As a manager, you're walking a thin line. Just do this, in person. Tell her you've missed her and that it's nice seeing her again. then slip in, "I have a confession to make, I really like you and was wondering if you'd like to go out, if not, that's cool. But I've always believed that if you like someone, no matter what the circumstances, you should tell them, so I'm telling you". throw that up the flagpole and see if she salutes it.

Just call and have a friendly conversation. Unless your job prohibits dating among employees, ask her out for a movie, a drive or a Burger King....(note: I did not say McDonalds). Chances are, she may be wishing you'd call her. So what if you only see her every two weeks? That's better than every day, so you don't get tired of each other. What have you got to lose? Go ahead and make the call. Ask her out. I'll bet she says yes. Good luck!

I would appreciate a gentleman. I don't think I would appreciate a guy looking up my number calling me out of the blue without permission.
You should ask her if it's o.k. to call her from time to time. You don't want to come off as being pushy for it can turn her off (speaking from a woman's point of view). Once you talk to her on the phone a few times, ask her out. By doing this, you are "slowly" trying to get to know her. Do you know what she's really like outside of her attractiveness, smile and body? Good luck.

Wait two weeks for her to come back and ask for her phone number if you just dial her up and she rejects you or doesn't appreciate the call you could be in serious trouble both at work and with the law if she chooses. Suck it up and ask her out privately when she comes back

You love her. It's plain and simple. And she probably loves you too. Doing something very Cary Grantesque! Call her out of the blue and just talk. Nothing fancy, no asking out, just talk. It there is something big there when you just talk to her, at the end of the conversation, ask to get together when she's in town. I'm sure she would love the gesture!

Should I call her?
Only if it is about work - don't make up some work either.

wait 2 weeks until she comes back

Then ask for her phone number.

You'll know if it is ok to call her then or not.

What does McDonalds say about management dating their employees? If they don't care then go for it. If they do have policies restricting management dating employees then I you'd have to ask yourself, is it worth losing my job over?

Yes you should pursue her but do not call her until she gives you her number personally. So when you see her again ask her for it.
