it really depends. Things like that dont just happen on their own, u have to put some effort into getting someone *hot* to go out with you. You could be coy and just hint and flirt at *hot* people, but the best way is just to ask someone yourself. This can seem intimidating, but you just have to get yourself psyched up for it. If you cant bring yourself to ask someone, or make a move, maybe you aren't ready for a relationship.
