'Cause Paul, the first president of His fan club, went to Greece, which is very close to Israel. Duh.

Ancient Christian documents were written in MANY languages of the day. Since the dominent languages of the early Christian church were Latin and Greek, that is what was handed down over the generations.
Okay, so you've got an axe to grind. You didn't really ask a question to elicit an answer, you are just promoting an ultra fundamentalist point of view.
Study history from a religiously neutral point of view. Study the history of Near Eastern languages, history of Greek and Roman empires.
Sure you are correct in your rant, but the names are the same in English, German, Greek, French, Arabic, and Hebrew.
Take the name "John"
It is the same as Ian, Sean, Juan, Jan, Hans, etc....

I see some one has been doing their studies. The Savior was born from the tribe of Yahdah. The Christians call him a Jew. He is a Yahdaim. His name is Yahshua and his Fathers name is Yahweh. It is important to call some one by their name, so we know who is being spoken to. We are not all called Lou. In the story of Mosheh that Christians call Moses, he went to speak to Pharaoh and they looked in book of the gods, they could not find Yahweh in there because he is not a god. Yahweh has one name and he can't be called by another and be heard by the caller. Remember the creators words when he said I change not. Well he gave us rules to live by. Out of the 613 laws he gave us, every one knows the 10 commandments. One of them is do not lie. Well since he dose not lie. He will not change, even his name. That means, Yahshua has to be his son's name and what he should be called. We all agree on one thing his son is perfect other wise there could be no salvation for those who keep the faith of the Law of our Father.

The New Testament is written in greek, so what are you going to get when you translate that to english? Not Yahweh. And remember He did not have a last name.

Jesus is an English name if you want to get technical, it means exactly the same thing as Yeshua... definition is important, not the pronounciation. The Bible never says we need to speak anything in just one Language, and since no one really knows what vowells were used to pronounce YHVH as it is written in Hebrew, you, by your own standards, probably pronounce it wrong too.
God is multilingual...dont box Him up.

Ever heard of Zeus? The Romans had and they occupied that whole area for quite while, if you remember. They did a whole lot of stuff there including blab a lot of stories. If you can't see the connection, you're hopeless.

God's name is unspoken as He is who He is
Jesus is the recognition of God in flesh but the name is not what makes him what He is, He is who He is because He is.
yahweh, jeshua, jesus, jehova all his names, but the important part is that He is the Son of God and that by him we have salvation and if we ask in the name of the son of God then we shall have (no not material things)
