Everything glorifies God. It's God's plan and even the meow is part of it ... however, I dought that the word play you're using holds much enlightenment ... for "Meow" is a English-Western phonetic used to describe what we believe a cat to be phenetifying.
Cats have too many different sounds, so they have their own language that we humans can only imitate.

I have three cats. The youngest definitely thinks he's God and all three meow for attention, too.
