I am not anti-religious but I would say it is because it is a free country. Just like the religious get frustrated by the non religious people spreading their views. I have seen it go both ways.

Well, I would ask a question to you what is your definition of Anti-Religious?If you believe that is some one who is against Christianity, then that in itself is not anti- religious. Perhaps those who are truly anti-religious want to give a voice to their view point. I would imagine they are tired of hearing religious views all together, and want others to know there are some people who want nothing to do with religion.

I'm here more to stick up for myself and to answer questions that religious people have about people like myself. I'm not trying to spread anything. I don't have a problem with religious people who are here to ask and answer questions. I also don't appreciate when someone from either side of the table is just here to spread their beliefs.

I see you've posed this question in other ways. And I'm afraid aside from one or two, the answers have been wishy-washy. So to cases.
Most free-thinking people, myself included, have no problem with the concept of people "spreading their views" as such.
What many of us oppose is the propagation of myth as science, myth as "truth", myth as a cure for social ill, and myth as the basis for legislation of our lives. For example, many of us do take exception to some ignoramus pretending to be a scientist and insisting our children be taught this or that creation myth, or other pseudo-/anti- science.
In this sense their rantings can affect the quality of our life and progress. And on this you will find us in opposition wherever the voice of irrational dogma asserts itself.

I do not consider myself 'anti-religious'. I afford everyone the opportunity to express their opinions and never begrudge them their faith. I am personally just NOT religious, taking a more scientific view on creation and existence. I do not believe in a 'higher being' and nothing will ever change that.

I am not anti-religious, but I do get annoyed when unquestioning Christians tell everyone else they are going to hell.
People need to be tolerant and ready to learn.

I have seen 5 questions in the hour I have been here asking the same thing. Why don't you look at resolved, unresolved, or look at a few pages back to get your answer?
