Homeschoolers can get plenty of social interaction. I take classes along with other homeshcoolers every year. I also hang out with friends in my youth group and neighborhood.
The only thing we’re missing out on is the temptation to smoke and/or take drugs. Speaking for myself, I don't feel too bad about being deprived of that.

I don't homeschool. I think public/private schools are good for students because they can interact with other people. It makes other people feel good just to be around other people, even if it means being away from home. Public/private schools do a good job to prepare children for the future. In the future, people have jobs. They must learn how to interact with the public, not just people at home, a place where they have always been all their life.
But others do enjoy homeschooling their children, and I have nothing against it. Some people don't feel confortable letting their children out with teachers that aren't trustworthy; or maybe they don't like the school system and prefer their kids to learn at home; people have their reasons.
Wether it's homeschooling, publicschooling, or privateschooling, what matter's the most is that people are educated in the best ways possible so they will be all set and ready to go for the future.

Yes. I homeschool 2 of my children, and the third will be schooling in a couple of years. No turning back!

Yes, I homeschool my four kids
Yes, they do enjoy it and are offered the chance to go to public school ever year.
They do not want to go back, and love being able to have more freedom to explore thier interests.
