Do it the painful way by picking and digging it out, It's the only way that I know how to do it but It works just fine. Just grit your teeth and go!

Cut a V shape in the corner of the toenail where it is ingrown and use tweezers to put a small ball of cotton up under it. Keep it under there until the nail grows out. Unfortunately I suffered from them growing up, my doctor told me this trick and it always worked. I do it on my kids now and it works with them!

Ouch! I had one once and went to my pediatrist (I didn't know what it was at the time, and I had had surgery on my toe a couple months earlier). He just cut the nail and pulled it out. It seemed so simple after the fact that I was actually a little embarrassed.

go to the spa and have a foot spa to clean your toe nail or othewise have your nail cut every other two or three days so that it will prevent you from having an INGROWN...

Cut it out or go to a foot doctor and let him do it for you. At any rate you need to get rid of it before it gets infected and causes other problems.
