Here where i live all the department stores have a clearance sale going on,,Kmart,Meijers,Walmart. You can get some of the prettiest jewelry..Most is 75% off right now..go shopping have fun.
The jewelry has a cerfitication letter that comes with it that states its what you bought..so if its 4 cts diamond ring thats what you get..just dont buy it with out this certification..

The traditional 4th wedding anniversary gift is flowers. I liked The Goddess' answer...get her some concerts tickets and tuck them into the flowers.

See if you can find a nice spa nearby that will actually work that cheap. Otherwise go to a jewelry store and see if they have NICE jewelry that's on sale. My dad and I once found a necklace my mom wanted REALLY badly for her birthday on sale at Kaufmann's for under $100. Another suggestion is take like one of her friends or a family member shopping because they will know what she will like.

My fave anniversary present -My hubby got together with my best bud and had her call me for a girls day out, he took the kids to granny's. Then he came home cooked a great meal, complete with candle light and wine, he had a bubble bath ready for me when I got home and steered me straight in there with candles lit, brought me a glass of wine, while he was finishing dinner. Then we ate, after dinner he had my fave movie ready for me to watch, while he cleaned up the kitchen, and brought desert in to me, and we finish watching the movie, ate desert and drank more wine, and you can guess the rest!!
We have been married 19 yrs.

I have to agree with all the others....take her out , (get her out of the house/kitchen), and into a nice restaurant. Make it like a date night a maybe see a newly released movie.
I'm planning my 10th right now for April.......wish me luck!!!

A night off. Cook her a decent meal (some flowers as a centerpiece works, too), and clean up afterwards. Get some lotion and rub her feet. Pamper her.
Chicks dig that stuff.

Buy her an ipod and put you and her song on it.Just that one song.Let he do with it whatever she wants after that.But just put that one song on it.
I will have been married 5 yrs in october and i think that would be the sweetest thing my husband could do.

On our anniversary, my husband brings me flowers and chocolates, and we go out to a favorite restaurant.
