Not seriously considering what I valued when I decided a career. I'm a lawyer and I like seeing things from both sides, but I'm really not one for a sedentary lifestyle, reading and writing all the time. I'd also rather avoid problems up front than deal with them after they occur; law offers some opportunities that way, but not a ton.
I'm near 40 and doing a lot of research on career change. Perhaps if I had thought about these things a little more when I was younger, I'd have had a happier job life the past ten years.

I must not have any mistakes because i cant seem to remember none..my life is hard but no mistakes that i regret..most mistakes where small and i learned from them.

Not staying at the job I went to school for and just taking a job because it was closer to home. I worked hard in school to get my license at my job, and left if because I was stupid... Live and learn....
