If your sure she likes you, just come up to her and surprise her and be like "Hey, I have to tell you something" and she'll be like "what" and just be like "Guess!" to make it a little more interesting and if she guesses wrong, just spill that you like her and want to go out with her. I'm sure that would meke me feel really good if I was her!

Don't just ask her out of the blue - that'll freak her out. Get to know her first. Then, when it feels right, just ask! And be as gentlemanly as possible (but not a pushover - girls like confident guys). Good luck!
