I love browned hamburger meat and rice, I ususally just put like onion powder, garlic salt, and fajita seasoning on the meat, brown in on the stove and cook the rice seperately then mix them together when they're both cooked. Incredibly simple and it tastes great too.

Ground beef with the spagetti would work if you could manifest some sauce. You can also boil the spagetti, and use packets of Italian dressing (from a fast food place or somewhere) to flavor it. If you cant afford sauce, perhaps you could make some with ketchup packets that can easily be obtained from fast food places, and the beef you have.
Save the whole potatoes, and you can always eat them as a meal themselves. If you can get cheese, use it on a baked potato (eating the skin should go without saying), and if not you might be able to manifest some sour cream. you might want to save some hamburger for use with this. You might also want to save some hamburger, and maybe mix it in with the packaged potatoes for another meal. I would try and make the meat last as long as possible and dont eat it all at once. Don't be too proud to try your local food bank, most local food banks will supply you with a box of "emergency" food the first time you visit. You can subsequently sign up for a need-based plan, and gain access to a certain amound of food every so often. It is often a nice getsture to, in turn, volunteer time at the food bank that helps you out. There is fruit and veggies going rotten on the vine as I type this. In a coutry as wealthy as America, food services shoud be availible to all citizens. With the amount of unused food that gets thrown into the garbage every day, we could eliminate starvation (at least in America).
As far as the rice goes, try planting it... just look at how happy every rice farmer is!

How about hamburger steaks (in a skillet) with pan gravy from the drippings and steamed or mashed potatoes as a side?

Or a variation of stroganoff with the spaghetti noodles and the beef, but I don't know if you have milk, butter, etc.

You can add cooked white rice to the ground beef to make it go farther as a meatloaf or meatballs ...

Try the link below for some ground beef recipes.

Been there; done that. Good luck and happy thoughts to you!!!

Make Shepherds's Pie, it's very filling too.
If you don't have the corn for this recipe -just use what you have. Just the idea here.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef, browned
1 or 2 cans corn, drained
5 or 6 potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed with milk and butter
PREPARATION:
Put the meat in the bottom of a casserole dish or Dutch oven. Add corn on top of meat. Add mashed potatoes on top, making sure the potatoes touch the sides of the dish all around. Bake 1 hour at 350.
IYou can sometimes substitute a pound of the mild sausage that comes in a roll instead of the ground beef.

Option: creamed corn instead of plain corn. You could have a cheesy potatoe topping too.

If you have an bouillon you can make a gravy using cornstarch/flour as a thickener. Brown the ground beef put into the gravy and put atop the potatoes, or rice. #2 Just hamburger patties with your scalloped cheese potatoes--or #3 add the ground beef (browned) into the scalloped cheese potatoes for a casserole

Cook the ground beef (crumbled) and either add it to the rice or the scalloped potatoes.

Or

Make hamburgers and have fried potatoes.

Or

Make a meatloaf and have mashed or scalloped potatoes.

Hope things get better soon. Hamburger soup if you can find some veggie's. You may get more than one meal out of it.
Casserole, fry up the beef, add seasonings and top with scalloped potatoes. Any sauce? Try spagetti pie, line a pie plate with cooked noodles fill with cooked ground beef cover with sauce. Bountiful blessings to you and yours.

sheesh i could stretch that for a week!
split the beef up into thirds
you can stretch the meat with any of the following- bread crumbs
cracker crumbs
dried oats, like oatmeal
add an egg or two to it
tiny bits of veggies- i do it in the food processor and my kids dont even know theres carrots and celery in their spaghetti sauce or meatloaf!
one night- dig out a can of tomato sauce, tomato paste, a jar opf sauce, something i know youve got some form of tomato sauce in there! and make spaghetti w meat sauce
next night- make scalloped potatos and make burger pattys in brown gravy, whip up a gravy from the pan drippings of the pattys
night after that- makethe rice and last bit fo beef into taco filling with cumin, whatever veggies you have i the fridge, and some salsa, throw in some tortillas and voila dinner
fourth night-
make stuffed abked potratos- fill with caned chili, shredded cheese, sourcreme, chivess, whayeever
yopud be suprised whats good on a baked potato- even ranch is good on a baked potato!
fifth night-ahve a left ovver buffet of everything you made all week
also, i know you said you dont have any money for the past couple of weeks, why dont youlook into local church pantrys?
theyll give you all kinds of free food
call the red cross to find out where you can find some place thatll help you stock your cupboards
another good place to round out your groceries if you have a little money is the 99 cent store
no joke
the one i go to has produce, lunch meants, all dry goods, grains, cereals, pastas etc, plus every condiment and canned thing you can imagine i go to the farmers maeket for produce, and trader joes for my meat, then get everything else at the 99 cent store

hmm, ever hear of yakosobi?
it's basically beef, rice, noodles mixed together, with some vegtables.

another suggestion.
with the beef, make small balls, for spagetti, add spagetti, and butter for the sauce. add dash of salt to everything.

yet another:
mix beef and rice (season with salt and pepper), with a side of the scalloped potatoes,

here's another:
make the yakisoba, with a side of the scalloped potatoes.

and 1 more:
make baked potatoes, serve with butter, and small bits of beef, (in place of bacon), with the spagetti, boil and serve with butter and salt, and mix the rest of the beef with the rice.

there some. hope it helps. bon-appetit!
