Spend a nice day with him before he leaves and the try to establish how you two will communicate. There is so many ways now including the phone, email, instant messaging, etc. Maybe you can make a trip up every now and then to visit. Then he'll be home for holiday breaks. Send some care packages to him letting him know you're thinking of him.

Baby girl i know this is hard trust me i know been there done that but anyways im going to be real with with u, u have to go out and find a shorty cause these guys dont know how to act once they leave home. Honestly the relationship might not even last and i know that hurts but hey thats how **** goes at first he gonna be callin u but after a couple of weeks, well u will see the difference and then the arguments are gonna start then the big brake up, or maybe that was just my situation. Just prepare yourself for the worst just in case. Remember trust no man.

Good luck baby girl you'll be aight mama happy birthday

Concenterte on other things, such as story or poem writing.
Stay in touch with him. You don't know if you will see him on your b day or not. Go ahead and invite him, if you haven't, already. He might come to your party. There's no reason, he couldn't- just becuase his family moved upstate.

move on. thats what this stage in life is about, get out there and get to know your self better. emotionaly and sexually. you cannot do that tied to one person. relationships at this age are not meant to last more than a few months.

Long distance relationships are not practical, leave as friends so you won't end up enemies.
