This beer has won competitions, I am wondering what your take is on it.

Absolutely.
It's a German-style Pilsner with decent alcohol content (5.3% ABV). It's got nice, crisp hop flavor and has a really full, malty flavor for a pils. Nice body, nice mouthfeel, great taste.
If you can get it on tap, it's outstanding....but even if you can only find it in the bottle it's still very good.
If you're anywhere close to Downingtown, PA then go to the brewery. Very good food, always an outstanding beer selection.
Best Victory beer is Hop Devil, and the last few times I was there it was on cask and draught.

Like all of Victory's beers, this one is too bitter for style.
