Well personally myself I don't like them to be too long because then they hit my cervix and that hurts like a mother f u c k e r...so my preference is to have one that is about 7-8 inches but wide and I like circumsized men....I don't know about other women.
I think they say that because they don't want to offend the men they are with. Men tend to be offended very easily especially when it comes to one eyed Willy. I think women just give the universal answer that the size doesn't matter it's how you use it because most men just can't handle the truth and then their egos plummet...

Size matters. How much to each person differs but it matters up to and including being told you are too big. But too big for one is just right for another.

size can make a difference, but guys with small wienies can get upset if told they are too small, and guys with big ones can get insulted and angry if told they are too big, I'm somewhere in the middle and have what women call (or at least the ones i know) a generic penis, i don't know if i should be relieved or worried, but i fair well in bed
