Don't feel bad I'm the same way too! I change things "ALL" the time! Everything! from Me, like you say the hair color, you just never know what color it'll be , every few months, to everything in the house! I'm always changing the furniture around, shower curtains in the bathroom, then of course the guest towels have to be changed for color! I just changed 2 closets around the other day and everything has to be neat or I go BONKERS! It's "CRAZY"! I hate "routines"! Never the same thing on the same day at the same time in my house , No sir! It's a disorder I know that ! It's not bothering me or driving me crazy, actually I think it does quite the opposite! I'm going to enjoy reading your answers! Thanks now we'll both know! lol

Hey, a lot of people do weird stuff. For instance, when walking on a sidewalk, I always try to get the same amount of steps per square. Another, I like to move my pillow to a different side of my bed about every month. So, your not alone.

I think youre a normal girl trying to figure out who you are--what you like about yourself and what surroundings make you feel at home. everyone has a comfort zone that they've built around themselves--I think youre just trying to find yours. and changing your appearance often may just be because on some level you enjoy the attention it gets you. very normal, and there are much worse ways of seeking attention or expressing yourself.

Sounds like some sort of phobia , but it's only a problem when you would do it at grocery stores, other peoples homes, or caused to be late for an appointment, work, etc.
Other than that if its not a problem for you, then it shouldn't be of concern for no-one.
Look at like this, it's a work out at least , right?!

Some people rearrange things on a regular basis. There's nothing wrong with trying new things.

i don't think it's a bad thing, do you? you're developing your comfort zone, and some times change is needed for a fresh perspective on things. have you thought of becoming an interior designer? you sound creative. change away, i say!! have fun with it!

Change is good. You are a creative person, not a boring person. You sound great just the way you are. Don't change. Be yourself.
